How do I choose the right awning size for my patio?
We recommend measuring the width of the area you wish to cover and adding at least 20cm to each side for optimal shade. Ensure you have the minimum required mounting height for your chosen model.
Are Primrose awnings waterproof or just water-resistant?
Our awnings are made from high-density, PU-coated polyester which is highly water-resistant. While they protect against light showers, we recommend retracting them during heavy rain or storms to prevent water pooling.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days depending on your location, though oversized items may require specialized courier handling.
Can I install the awning myself or do I need a professional?
Most of our manual and electric awnings are designed for DIY installation and come with comprehensive instructions. However, we recommend two people for the lifting process or hiring a professional if you are uncomfortable with wall mounting.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like awnings are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do your awnings come with a warranty?
Yes, all Primrose awnings come with a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal residential use.
