At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space upgrade. If your awning isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repack the awning in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all mounting brackets, remote controls, and hardware are included.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Due to the size and weight of our products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item directly from your property.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
